Within the US:
We use the US Postal Service for standard ground shipping.
You can also choose to have your order sent Federal Express, with a variety of options for express and overnight delivery.
Federal Express can not deliver to Post Office Boxes at a US Post Office. If you need express delivery to a USPS Post Office Box, please contact us.
We require delivery signature on high value orders. Carriers may require signature on any size of order according to their own policies.
Canada and Mexico:
We use either US Mail or FedEx for delivery to Canada and Mexico, depending on the delivery address. Delivery times are approximate, based on information provided by the carrier. You may be responsible for VAT, duty, or other import taxes, in addition to the shipping amounts charged at the time of order. Your national mail services or FedEx will collect such additional amounts directly from you prior to delivery.
UK and Europe:

Returns and Refunds
If you need to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items are not returnable after 30 days.
Damage or Defect:
Once we receive the returned item, we will happily repair or replace the item (at our option), or refund the cost of the item to your original purchase method if we are not able to repair or replace it. We will also issue store credit for the cost of the item if you prefer.
Items which arrive in good condition, but fail to customer misuse or accident, are not eligible for return.
DVDs and CDs are not eligible for satisfaction returns.
For any other item, if you simply do not like the product, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. You must obtain a return authorization code prior to returning the items. Items returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the customer.
Satisfaction return shipments are at the customer's expense. We recommend shipping the return items with a trackable method to verify delivery. We are not responsible for returns not received by us which were not sent by a trackable method.
Once we receive the item, if it is in sellable condition, we will credit your original purchase method for the amount of the item, less a 10% restocking fee. If the item is not in a sellable condition, we will issue you a store credit for 50% of the purchase value.
